How can I book a ride?
Booking a ride is easy! Simply visit my website and fill out the booking form by clicking the "Book Now" button. You may also reach out via text message or email for assistance in scheduling your reservation. **Please note that all reservations MUST be made via the booking form, text message/email correspondence does not constitute a valid booking. I utilize the booking form to organize and maintain my calendar so it is the most up-to-date for my business.
What are your rates and payment methods?
Our rates are competitive and start as low as $1/mile and will vary based on distance and service type. I provide a variety of flexible options for your convenience including:

How many passengers and luggage can you accommodate?
The Tesla Model X can accommodate a variety of configurations; please reach out if you have questions regarding seating and stowing arrangements. Examples of setups include:

5 adult passengers and 4-5 carry-ons

3 adult passengers and 3 check-in luggage, 3 carry-ons

3 adult passengers and 1 wheelchair

3 adult passengers with trunk space of approx. 32 cubic feet
*Parents with small children and infants are responsible for providing and setting-up their own child safety seating. Current ride will not begin until children are properly secured according to state and federal law.

What is your availability?

What is your Cancellation and Refund policy?
I understand life is unpredictable and plans can change so I strongly encourage reaching out if you need to make any changes to your reservation. In the event you need to cancel:

Cancel more than 24 hours in advance of scheduled ride: Full refund

Cancel more than 12 hours in advance of scheduled ride: 50% refund

Cancel more than 2 hours in advance of scheduled ride: 25% refund

Cancel less than 2 hours of scheduled ride: No refund

How can I be reassured that your company will arrive Ontime and for my reservation?
We fully understand the importance of punctuality when it comes to transportation, and we take great pride in consistently arriving on time for every scheduled reservation. To give you peace of mind, we back our on-time guarantee with a commitment: should we fail to arrive as promised, we’ll offer either a $100 Ride Credit for future travel with us or a $50 electronic gift card, sent to a valid email address.
In the rare instance that we are delayed, we ask for a 10-minute grace period. We always share our live location with you, the rider.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays or road closures due to accidents, we will notify you immediately and work to find a solution. In certain situations, we may even arrange alternative transportation at our cost to ensure you reach your final destination with minimal inconvenience. Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis to provide the best resolution possible.
