What constitutes an Hourly Hire?

Point-to-Point Transportation
Point-to-point service is designed for customers who need one-way or round trip transportation* from one specific location to another. This option is ideal for airport transfers, business trips, appointments, or any scheduled ride where you have a set pickup location and destination.

*Return trip occurs no sooner than 3 hours from original pick-up reservation

Hourly Hire
Hourly hire provides a dedicated vehicle and driver for a set amount of time, allowing you the flexibility to make multiple stops or adjust your itinerary without booking separate trips. This option is ideal for events, meetings, shopping, sightseeing, medical appointments, special occasions, or situations where you need transportation available throughout the day.

Round trips that include a return ride within 3 hours of the initial pickup may be considered an Hourly Hire service, as the vehicle and driver must remain reserved and available during that time.

What are the minimum booking requirements?

Hourly Hire reservations require a minimum booking duration. The minimum time allows us to reserve your vehicle and driver exclusively for your transportation needs. Reservations must be made at least 6 hours in advance from desired initial pick-up time.

Hourly Hire Minimum is 3 Hours in a 24 hr period

Hourly Hire Maximum is 8 Hours in a 24 hr period

Hourly Hire is $80 per hour excluding taxes and fees

What do Hourly Hire services include/exclude?

Included Services:

Dedicated Private Driver

Your professional driver is reserved exclusively for the customer during the booked time period.

Private Luxury Vehicle

Transportation in your 2026 Tesla Model X with a clean, comfortable, premium travel experience.

Multiple Stops

Customers can make multiple stops during their reservation without needing to book separate rides.

Examples:

Hotel → Dinner → Movie → Hotel

Home → Concert → Bar

Wedding venue → Reception → Home

Driver Waiting Time

Waiting time is included during the scheduled hourly reservation.

Flexible Itinerary

Customers have the ability to adjust their plans during the reservation, as long as changes remain within the scheduled service time.

Door-to-Door Service

Pickup and drop-off at the customer's preferred locations.

Excluded Services:

Extended Distance Travel

Trips outside your normal service area may require additional charges.

Additional time is billed based on availability.

Gratuity
