These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transportation services provided by Ride On Time AZ Transit LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a ride, using our website, or receiving any of our services, you (“customer,” “client,” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Reservations
​

1.1. All rides must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, text, or email.
1.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
1.3. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received or formally approved by Ride On Time AZ Transit LLC.

2. Pricing & Payment

 

2.1. Pricing is based on distance, time, and any additional services requested.
2.2. Prices are provided upfront at time of booking when possible.
2.3. Payment is required at the time of reservation unless otherwise arranged.
2.4. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
2.5. Gratuity is optional unless added voluntarily at checkout.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

All cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy:

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund

  • More than 12 hours before pickup: 50% refund

  • More than 2 hours before pickup: 25% refund

  • Less than 2 hours before pickup: No refund

3.1. No-show reservations (customer not present at pickup) are non-refundable.
3.2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3.3. Ride On Time AZ Transit LLC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation due to safety concerns, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds are issued if we must cancel.

4. Delays & Service Limitations

 

4.1. We make every effort to arrive on time, but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic, accidents, weather, or conditions outside our control.
4.2. We are not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or events caused by delays outside our control.
4.3. Customers are encouraged to schedule pickups with sufficient time to account for unexpected delays.

5. Customer Conduct

 

5.1. Customers must behave respectfully and safely during service.
5.2. No smoking, vaping, or illegal substance use is permitted in our vehicles.
5.3. Damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by the customer may result in repair charges.
5.4. Excessive messes that require cleaning may incur a cleaning fee.

6. Luggage & Personal Items

 

6.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring their personal items are properly loaded and unloaded.
6.2. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.
6.3. Oversized or excessive luggage must be disclosed at the time of booking to ensure proper accommodation.

7. Safety & Compliance

 

7.1. Seat belts must be worn at all times.
7.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who appears intoxicated, aggressive, or poses a safety risk.
7.3. All services comply with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.

8. Liability

 

8.1. Ride On Time AZ Transit LLC is not responsible for:

  • Missed flights

  • Delays caused by traffic, accidents, road closures, or weather

  • Loss or damage to personal property

8.2. Our liability for any claim arising from service shall not exceed the total amount paid for that reservation.

9. Privacy

 

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

10. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
